MICHAEL S. BROWN Founder and CEO Michael brings over 20 years of business experience in the fields of publishing,
marketing and senior administration to his role as Founder and CEO of Second Acts. Michael also serves as the official spokesperson
for the organization.

DAVID SPIEGEL CFO David has worked in veterinary care for over 10 years and spent more
than 15 years in corporate executive positions. As CFO, David ensures that 100% of all donations received go towards small
animal rescue groups.

JOHANNA HULBERT Secretary A seasoned professional in the worlds of communications and public relations,
Johanna's experience and knowledge of working with animals is a major factor in the successful fulfillment of the mission
of Second Acts.

TONY RICO Administrative Manager With over 10 years corporate experience in key management positions, Tony
assists with the daily operation of Second Acts.

MARTY JACKSON A tireless advocate for the welfare of animals, Marty's love of our four-legged friends began in childhood,
as she observed her Mother feeding every homeless cat in the neighborhood. After adopting a special-needs senior she found
online, Marty began promoting all of the no-kill shelters and pro-animal groups she could find.

DR. KYM MITCHELL
Dr. Mitchell received her degree in Veterinary Medicine from UC Davis.
A co-owner of Montrose Pet Hospital, Dr. Mitchell will provide guidance and support to the mission of Second Acts, as well
as periodic newsletter columns on pet care.

DR. ALEX SWOPE
After earning her Doctorate of Veterinary Sciences from Western University
Health Sciences, Dr. Swope became co-owner of Montrose Pet Hospital, where she incorporates holistic approaches to healing
pets which include homeopathy and accupuncture.
