F. Scott Fitzgerald may have written “There are no second acts in American lives”… but there can be a "Second Act" for the hundreds of thousands of dogs and cats whose lives end in shelters each year. The lucky ones will avoid euthanasia and be taken in by pet rescue organizations. Second Acts was established to help make that happen.
Dubbed the United Way for animal rescue, Second Acts donates 100% of all donations received to small, volunteer-run groups nationwide which adopt a no-kill policy. For a list of the rescue groups that have received donations so far, please go to the "FAQ" page.
If you would like to see more dogs and cats saved and placed into loving, permanent homes, please contribute what you can to Second Acts. Your
donation will fund animal rescue organizations across the country -- with every penny received going directly to save the lives of unwanted dogs and cats.
On behalf of our animal friends, thank you.
